Surprise! This holiday season, we're giving you this bonus recipe that pairs BEAUTIFULLY with our Honey Spice Holiday Wassail recipe. Today, we've got a delicious honey biscotti that's sure to make your mouth water!
Ingredients You'll Need:
- 3-1/4 c all purpose flour
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1/2 c The Honey Jar honey
- 1/4 c strong brewed chai tea
- 2 eggs
- powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Mix together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, and baking powder.
- Add wet ingredients: oil, honey, tea, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Divide dough in half, rolling each one into a log about 10" long and 3" wide. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet about 3" apart.
- Bake for 30 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and cool on baking sheet about 10 minutes.
- Slice both logs with serrated knife into slices approximately 3/4"-1" wide, either straight across or on the diagonal. Place biscotti slices back on the baking sheet with a bit of space between them.
- Lower oven temp to 325°F. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until mostly firm. Biscotti will get crispier when cooled.
- Move to cooling rack. Cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar.
