You will need:
Dry Ingredients:
- 3 c oats
- 1 c slivered almonds
- 1/2 c pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1/2 c honey from The Honey Jar
- 1/2 c almond butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
Dried Fruit Add-In:
- 1/2 c craisins
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine dry ingredients into a food processor. Pulse 5 times, until coarsely chopped.
- In a heat-safe 2 cup measuring cup, microwave wet ingredients 30-45 seconds, or until melted. Stir together until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients over the dry ingredients.
- Pulse approximately 8 times, until incorporated. Dump granola onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading granola out evenly.
- Bake 10 minutes, then remove from oven and mix in the craisins. Put back in oven to bake for 10 minutes, until golden.
- Let cool 30-40 minutes. Granola will get crunchier as it cools.
- Store in an airtight container.
